Botanic’s goal is not to create living spaces which are separate from their external environment, but to reflect that you are in the jungle, and thereby to know and feel a part of it. As a result of our architecture, characterized by features such as wide windows, constant natural ventilation and light, respect for the native species, and other strategies which incorporate sustainability into everyday life. Botanic has managed to change the paradigms of liveable space.
To do this, we have employed our own concept of AVC, an indicator that shows the percentage of green areas conserved on our sites. Thus, we aim to achieve the maximum possible conservation of endemic vegetation. Botanic has an index of AVC of 73%, which means that only 27% of our surface area is developed, whilst the rest remains intact.
